I am writing to introduce myself – Lynn Caterson – as the newly named General Counsel to the Shelby Richter Fund, Inc. I am here to see that legally every “i” is dotted and every “t” is crossed.
It has been brought to my attention that concerns have been raised in this regard, and I wanted to reassure everyone that as of this writing EVERY required legal filing has been done – the Shelby Richter Fund, Inc. is a full non-profit corporation in the State of New Jersey and a tax-exempt federally approved 501(c)(3) [public charity].
